Gharib & Partners is a Lebanese Certified Public Accounting Firm. The Firm was registered with the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA), under registration no. 85/2013. 

We are a boutique audit and advisory firm well-known for providing custom-tailored services, addressing clients’ needs with the highest professional standards; and consistently exceeding their expectations. Managing Partner

Michel Gharib

Michel is the firm’s managing partner. Michel steers the firm with the assistance of a team of professional staff. Michel is a seasoned Lebanese Certified Public Accountant and a Sworn – Expert with the Lebanese courts.

Ralph Gharib

Ralph is the lead partner on a number of clients’ engagements. He overseas and ensures the performance and delivery of our professional services. Ralph is also the quality control partner, where he manages the staff trainings and performance reviews, assesses clients’ satisfaction levels, and ensures all deliverables and services are provided in accordance to International Professional and Ethical Standards.

Audit and Assurance

Our audit and assurance practice involves audit engagements and agreed upon procedures. Audit deliverables consist of audit opinions, financial statements, and audit findings reports. Our audits enable us as well to assess the client’s financial performance and areas of improvements. Our audit findings and recommendation letters guides our clients in addressing internal controls weaknesses and process improvements.

TAXATION

Tax preparation and compilation was one of the key services provided to our clients in multiple industries.  Whilst, we continue to provide this service for clients lacking internal tax resources, our focus has shifted to assist our clients in increasing their tax efficiency.  This is achieved by conducting a tax due diligence over current and future tax exposures, and setting up adequate tax planning strategies and structures.
